MeetMedix is not incorporated as a commercial company; it operates as a development project managed by Viktoria Sargsyan Zaduryan . However, it complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). By using the platform, you accept this policy.

2. Scope of application
- Visitors to www.meetmedix.com without logging in.
- Registered users (health professionals and contracting centers).
- Candidates submitting job applications.
- Medical space rental ad publishers.
- People who use chat or contact forms.

4. Personal data processed
- Account details: email, first name, last name, phone number (optional), chosen role.
- Professional information: CV (PDF), experience, academic background, profile photo.
- Application data: responses to personalized questions, comments, CV download statistics.
- Rental information: space type, square footage, address and geolocation, availability, prices.
- Communication data: messages, contact requests, verification codes (max. 48 h).
- Technical data: IP address, browser agent, device type, CSRF cookie.
- Analytics data: Anonymous visit statistics (Vemetric, EU).
5. Recipients
- Recruiting centers: receive your CV and application information.
- Firebase (Google Cloud, EU): hosting, database, storage, and authentication.
- Mailjet / Resend: sending transactional emails.
- Vemetric: anonymized metrics (EU, cookie-free).
- Microsoft Clarity: Heat and session maps; only loaded after consent.
- Payment providers (future): Mollie BV (NL) and DodoPayments (ES) when processing a payment.
MeetMedix does not sell your data to third parties.
6. International transfers
The core services are hosted in the European Economic Area. If data is stored outside the EEA in the future, we will implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
7. Data retention
- Applications and CVs: 90 days after submission; then they are deleted.
- Verification codes: 48 hours.
- Rental listings: active + 12 months of archiving; after that, they are anonymized or deleted.
- User accounts: until you request deletion.
- Analytical logs: 18 months (anonymized).
8. Security measures
- Firebase Authentication with email verification.
- Site-wide TLS (HTTPS) encryption.
- CSRF cookie (
sameSite=strict,secure) and API rate-limiting. - Role-based access controls in Firestore.
- Encrypted storage of CVs and files.
- Regular backups and access monitoring.
9. Cookies
MeetMedix does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only one essential technical cookie is set:

Usage metrics are collected using Vemetric in cookieless . Microsoft Clarity is only loaded when you provide consent.
10. Rights of interested parties
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent by sending an email to info@meetmedix.com .
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
11. Changes in policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Any material changes will be communicated by email or on the website.
