1. Identification of the holder

2. Object

These Terms and Conditions govern access, use, and navigation on the MeetMedix platform, which connects healthcare professionals with health centers or organizations seeking medical or support personnel. Use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. User registration

To use certain features, you need to register as:

• Healthcare professional: to create a profile, upload a CV, and apply for jobs.
• Company or medical center: to post job offers, receive applications, and contact professionals.

The user agrees to:

• Provide real, up-to-date and complete data.
• Save your account secure and don't share your credentials.
• Do not create multiple accounts with false identities.

MeetMedix reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate this clause.

4. Access and use of the platform

Currently, MeetMedix offers its features for free.

However, the platform reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future, such as:

• Posting of job offers.
• Direct contact with professionals.
• Promotion of offers as "urgent" or featured.

The user will be informed in advance of any changes to the access or pricing model.

5. Publication of offers and reception of applications

Businesses can create offers that are automatically published and visible to registered users. MeetMedix does not pre-screen content, but may remove offers that:

• Not related to the health sector.
• Contain fraudulent, offensive or illegal content.
• They are used for purposes other than those intended by the platform.

Applications received, accessible through the company's dashboard, will include the professional's CV and the information provided in the application. Companies agree to use this information solely for selection purposes.

6. Processing of shared data

The companies receiving applications, accessible through their panel, act as independent data controllers and must use the data (such as CVs) solely for selection purposes, deleting them promptly after the process ends, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. User obligations

It is expressly prohibited:

• Post or send offensive, illegal, discriminatory or false content.
• Use the platform for purposes unrelated to the selection of healthcare personnel.
• Collect personal data from other users without their consent.

8. Role and responsibility of MeetMedix

MeetMedix acts exclusively as a technology intermediary.

It does not intervene in the hiring process, validate job posting information, or guarantee that employment agreements will be reached. Therefore:

• It does not guarantee the hiring of professionals or the validity of offers.
• It is not responsible for agreements reached by users outside the platform.
• It does not monitor communications that occur outside the internal messaging system.

9. Intellectual property

All content, design, software, name, and visual elements of the platform are the property of MeetMedix SL or its licensors.

Copying, distributing or modifying any part of the site without express authorization is prohibited.

10. Account deletion

Any user can delete their account at any time from their profile.

This will result in the deletion of your personal data, published offers, submitted applications, and related messages, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Spanish law.

The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, unless otherwise provided by law.
